Impact Academy is a non-profit, 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, incorporated in November 2009. We provide an environment that strengthens independence, encourages growth at all levels, and bridges the gap between educational and therapeutic services. It's Day Two of Spirit Week and the theme is Twinning and Winning, and our team is loving it!

I think our staff loves Spirit Week just as much as the kids! And the costumes will only get better as the week goes on!

On Friday we had our annual Trunk or Treat at IMPACT! This is a time for all of our kiddos to dress up, play games, and have fun in a safe and secure environment!

We are so thankful to our staff, families, and volunteers who worked so hard to put together a fun event for everyone! And come on, look at how cute all of these kids looked!!

This morning we had the IMPACT groundbreaking ceremony for our renovations to our 1717 building for IMPACT Academy!

The funding for these projects was made possible through a state appropriation sponsored by Representative Allison Tant and Senator Corey Simon, and the generosity of private donors!

We are so thankful to our continual Title Sponsor of IMPACT events, SunStop Stores and their coffee shop, Ellianos Coffee for providing coffee and breakfast to our team.

We are excited about continuing to work with OliverSperry Renovation & Construction and MLD Architects, LLC - who have been there for each phase of renovations with IMPACT!

Thank you to all who came out to support this morning and share in the excitement of these renovations!

Yesterday we had a construction meeting with the team at OliverSperry Renovation & Construction. We are thankful to have a team that always listens and innovates, through continual changes.

IMPACT is ready to renovate Academy and give our children and families and even safer, more fun, and impactful environment!

REMINDER! IMPACT Academy will be CLOSED on Thursday and Friday of this week to move to 1725 Hermitage Blvd for our renovations!

This WILL NOT affect Therapy and Preschool. Times and Sessions for Therapy and Preschool will continue as normal.

We are renovating! IMPACT Academy is so excited for the new renovations that will bring updates and new features to our school.

During this time, we will be meeting at our 1725 Hermitage building, across the street from 1717. In order to most effectively move, we will be closed on October 2nd and 3rd.

Today we got to celebrate being back at school with our annual Back to School BBQ! Our director team cooked hamburgers and hot dogs and brought homemade desserts!

We are so thankful to our staff for all they do and love being able to celebrate them in this way. We hope you all enjoyed lunch today and leftovers for the rest of the week!

Last week was Superhero Week here at Summer Escape! And we had an incredible visit from Batman himself!

During Superhero Week we learned the value of teamwork, courage, and kindness. We believe everyone has the power to become a superhero to someone in their life!
