I'm a life coach~trainer~teacher~mentor helping people find the path to a life they love living, applying ancient wisdom and scientifically-proven tools & techniques for improved well-being, a greater sense of fulfilment & authentic success. To better help her clients, she took considerable time learning, embracing embodiment and enlightenment while working for some corporate and government organizations. After her graduate, post graduate academic studies, she explored Energy Codes breathwork and practices and got certified/ licensed to facilitate and share the tools to her clients, have learned yoga infused with breaths (BodyAwake Yoga) and got certified to teach, got certified as Canfield's Success Principles Trainer, life coaching, relationship coaching, essential oils coaching, studied meditation, psychology, psychiatry and mental health, beliefs clearing, to mention a few. Her practice is anchored, not only on her research and studies, but also on her over three decades of experience in leading and engaging a team, supporting diverse individuals from staff to C-suites for corporate and government organizations in the Philippines and in USA. With the help of her husband, Stephen, she founded Winning Path USA and Philippines and dedicates more time helping individuals create their path to a lifetime of transformation and embodiment through coaching, training, teaching, mentoring and even consulting. Trusting in the divine purpose, her soulful purpose, she opens her Self and her life to greater possibilities moment by moment. Our nieces had their traditional visit with us on a summer break. More than bonding, we spend some time to intentionally breathe and move our bodies together with the desire to experience an embodiment and enlightenment. I never thought they would love doing this.They find it a powerful tool to grab when school life tends to get tougher. Young as they are, they already know and feel a better way to approach life and live life instead of just clinging to their gadgets.
