This year Fit and Functional will be offering monthly Sound Bath Therapy sessions hosted by Carol Christensen.

Come enjoy this deeply relaxing experience designed to help your body and mind, starting on January 28th at our Kerry Forest location.

Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, eye pillow and dress for comfort.

That was a weekend for the books! My heart is full.
I hope that you all have a lovely holiday week.
Our next event is Flourish & Thrive on December 6th from 6-9pm. This is a workshop with Breathwork and Sound Healing where I’m joined by my sister of the heart, Luce of Alchemy Healing Arts

And then on December 7th and 21st we have our regularly scheduled Sunday Sound Baths from 2-3:30pm at Journeys In Yoga_Tallahassee

We are back at Energetic Life Association on December 14th from 2-4pm for our Sound & Light event.

Be sure to register for our much anticipated event on December 20th at St John's Episcopal Church, Tallahassee FL
where I am joined by Kiera Hanselman and Lydia Riedell
for our Advent Sound Bath. This is a community event and all are welcome. Free childcare is provided upon registration.

Ever wonder how sound healers get everything to our events?
This is how we DO IT.
It's a labor of love and hours are spent carefully packing, loading, unloading and unpacking to set up for our events.
An hour event is really a three hour event for us.
And I believe I speak for all of us when I say-this is a labor of love that is well worth it because it's a mission that keeps propelling us forward on our paths.

COMMUNITY SOUND BATH

This free event is open to all—come as you are to relax, receive the healing power of sound and connect in community. This is a heartfelt offering of love, unity and restoration for everyone.

Our intention is to create a welcoming, peaceful space where you can be held in sound, supported by nature and surrounded by a spirit of togetherness.
We are blessed to have special out of town guests this month bringing their HandPans!
Come recharge your body and soul in the serene outdoor setting.

Please bring something comfortable to rest on—such as a yoga mat, blanket or folding chair.

A heartfelt thank you to Unity Church for graciously hosting us. Nestled on 23 acres of lush land, Unity offers a beautiful natural setting. After the sound bath, feel free to stay and walk the peaceful meditation labyrinth in the woods.
