June 19th Solstice Sound Bath at the beautiful Lake Iamonia Lodge from 6-8pm

Trine will be back at St John's Episcopal Church, Tallahassee FL for A Mid Summer Sound Bath on June 20th!

Community Sound Bath
May 30th
10-11am

This free event is open to all-come as you are to relax, receive the healing power of sound and connect in community. This is a heartfelt offering of love, unity and restoration for everyone.
Our intention is to create a welcoming, peaceful space where you can be held in sound, supported by nature and surrounded by a spirit of togetherness.
Come recharge your body and soul in the serene outdoor setting.
This will be the last Community Sound Bath that I will be organizing at Unity Church for a while so be sure not to miss it!
Native Spirit Gems & Jewelry will be joining us again with an incredible assortment of gems and crystals! Please be sure to stop by Lorinne’s table.
Our friends from Pure Green Cascades will be joining us as well with their yummy juices! Be sure to stop by and introduce yourself to Sylvia!

Please bring something
comfortable to rest on-such as a yoga mat, blanket or folding chair.
A heartfelt thank you to Unity Church for graciously hosting us.
Nestled on 23 acres of lush land, Unity offers a beautiful natural setting. After the sound bath, feel free to stay and walk the peaceful meditation labyrinth in the woods.

Step into the planetarium and drift beneath a sky full of stars.
Sit back, relax and let soothing sounds wash over you as the universe unfolds above.

Experience a deeply calming sound bath while gazing at a breathtaking star-filled dome — a perfect moment to pause, breathe and reconnect.

What to bring:
Enjoy the comfort of the chairs or bring your mat, blanket and pillow to set up on the floor.
Please arrive at 10:30am to set up your sound cocoon as spaces are limited. Once the floor spots are full, the chairs will be the option.
If choosing a chair-be sure to bring a blanket!
It is highly encouraged to bring an eye mask if you would like to take a snooze for some of the sound bath(or all of it!)so that you are not distracted by the lights above.

Please note:
Doors open at 10:30 and close promptly at 11am. No one will be admitted after 11am.
