She has experience in a variety of areas and looks forward to bringing her passion for people and medicine to TNC, Tallahassee and the surrounding communities.

Introducing Mrs. Beth LaMothe, APRN-C. Beth joined TNC Pain Management in May of 2018 and is a Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Windrik Lynch. Before joining Team Lynch Beth earned a BS in Science Education and Biology. After graduation she taught high school science before deciding to make a career change. She earned her RN from TCC and worked in several different areas within TMH and Select Specialty Hospital. She continued her education, earning her degree in Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Kristen Zanlunghi is the newest APRN to join the TNC Pain Management team. She has been a Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Windrik Lynch since 2020. Kristen is originally from Huntsville, AL and received her BSN from University of AL, Birmingham. She has experience as a BSN in both postpartum and ICU floors, as well as an ICU travel nurse. Kristen then went on to become a scrub nurse for UAB CVOR while continuing her academic studies for her MSN. Kristen served as a home health nurse in her home state of Alabama before moving to Tallahassee to work as a Nurse Practitioner.
