Chelsie is a quiet yet powerful leader whose impact is felt across Counseling & Psychological Services. From supervising master’s interns and leading Noles CARE, to co-creating a much-needed risk assessment consult group, she continues to elevate the support we provide to both students and staff. Known for her professionalism, thoughtful approach, and willingness to step in wherever needed, Chelsie creates a safe and collaborative environment for those around her. Join us in celebrating our Employee of the Month, Holley! 🎉

Holley is inspired by the resilience and curiosity of college students and finds it incredibly rewarding to support them as they grow into their sense of self and develop skills they’ll carry throughout their lives. She emphasizes the importance of balance through strong connections, whether it’s enjoying time with colleagues, family, her dogs, or being outdoors. Holley believes one of the most impactful aspects of CAPS is the lasting sense of community and support it creates, especially when students encourage one another to seek help. She is grateful to play a role in empowering students to make meaningful changes in their lives. 💛
