Our yoga classes are designed to stretch and open the body gently.....and in so doing.......to gain access to the quiet inner core of our being as we sloth off the outer layers of stress and tension that accumulates in our day-to-day lives. It is a proven RESET METHOD that allows you to return to CENTEREDNESS.....CALM.....and PEACE!

MONDAYS 4-5 pm Chair Yoga - This class is designed for elders who may struggle getting up from the floor or who have balance issues or those who are recovering from injury.
Chair yoga is most gentle and is combined with hand weights to strengthen both the upper and lower parts of the body.
MONDAYS 5:30-7PM this class combines gentle stretching and breathing with strength training using hand weights to support our muscles and joints.
TUESDAY MORNINGS 10-11:15 AM This intermediate class uses breath, slow movements, focused attention and gentle stretching to open the body and restore balance and calm to the body, mind and emotions so that you can connect more readily with the GOODNESS and LIGHT that resides in the center of your Being.
TUESDAYS MEDITATION with PRANAYAM 11:30-12:15pm every other week
THURSDAYS 4:00-5:30pm - This class is designed for elders, beginners and those with limitations who are looking for a gentle stretch.........and some strength training to maintain muscle mass and support our joints.
