It is with great honor that we announce our Community Sound Bath on the lawn at Unity Eastside on May 24th at 10am (please note we changed the start time!)
This is a free event and all are welcome to come and receive the sound and be in community.
This is an offering of love and unity for our community.
It is our intention to create a safe space for everyone to gather and be held in love in the soundscape and the beauty of nature. Come recharge your body & soul.
Please bring something comfortable to lay upon like a mat, blanket or folding chair.
A very special thank you to Unity Church for generously offering to host us! Unity is nestled on 23 acres with abundant trees and beauty. Stay after if you can and walk the beautiful meditation labyrinth in the woods.

New Posh hosts Sound Alchemist, Lydia Riedell, along with special guests, Lucy Baird on Hand Pan and Artemis Dove on Flute as they weave together an intentional Sound Journey on Sunday, November 17, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Through both the spoken word and sound, the trio will initiate a meditative/receptive state where you will have the opportunity to experience the depth of gratitude’s maternal virtues of unconditional acceptance and joyful compassion. Nurturing a deeper sense of gratitude in your heart reveals an inner path to profound knowledge and wisdom through greater understanding. Gratitude shines a light on your path to trusting your own revelations, and inner guidance as to your next best step.

Please join us in this intentional soundscape to explore the nurturing virtues of Gratitude as they take root in your life.

My birthday this year sparked me to thank my parents for my life and honor my ancestral lineage as well as my earthly tribe…my family and friends. It was a good day to ring some bells 🔔 for all that I’m grateful for🙏🦉🌟

We are all feeling very excited about this upcoming opportunity to be in community with one another, and holding the intention to raise our vibration! Sallie Dixon, Vicki Spray, Bridget Welch and I invite you to come join us this Saturday...it's going to be a beautiful day, so bring your blankets, chairs, and anything to make you comfortable during the Sound Journey.

Our Sound Meditation/Sound Journey Soundscape is based on the idea that "we are Stardust, we are Golden, we are Billion-Year-Old Carbon, and we've got to get ourselves back to the Garden", a line from Joni Mitchell's song Woodstock...so, let's spread some love and light ya'll!!

All good here. No power, tipped over garbage cans as predicted…Walking around my house now! Just a bit of debris…Heard that the east side of the eye was the dirty side while the west side of the eye, our side, was chased by a band of dry air that surrounded the entire west side! 🙏.

Thanks to everyone who held that intention! We can feel that confirmation this morning as a delightfully cool breeze. I’m so relieved! Y'all check in as you can!
