Dr. Morgan Thorn is a board-certified physician that completed her undergraduate degree at Nova Southeastern University and then medical school at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM). She then completed her residency at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Foley, AL.

Training under the tutelage of Dr. Ramsook, Dr. Thorn, is passionate about improving patient quality of life by designing individualized treatment plans that integrate medical management, interventional procedures, physical/occupational therapies, along with patient education. Emphasizing a holistic view of pain care, Dr. Thorn recognizes the physical, emotional, and psychological factors that influence each patients' experience.

Dr. Thorn is eager to help those in need by returning to them a functional and high quality life. She is excited to be a part of the USP team to help deliver the same patient centered care that has set USP apart from all the others!

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Krislyn Carder, APRN, FNP-C to the USP Team!

She is an amazing and empathetic Nurse Practitioner that is eager to bring her patient-centered philosophy to treating our wonderful patients!

Krislyn graduated with her Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech in Terre
Haute, Indiana in 2018. Since then, she got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. Lastly, she graduated with her Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University in 2023.

Outside work, you can find Krislyn at the gym, beach, pool, watching the Office series, and spending time with her husband and golden retriever puppy. She is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Fun fact: Her two favorite movies are Legally Blonde and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Krislyn looks forward to meeting you and working together to see how she can get your pain managed and living your best possible life!
