There’s something incredibly powerful about walking into motherhood feeling supported.

At North Florida Women's Care, our breastfeeding classes are more than just educational sessions — they’re a space for connection, encouragement, and community. We know every mom’s journey looks different, and our goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for before your baby even arrives.

In class, we talk through many topics like newborn feeding cues, latch techniques, and milk supply.

You’ll leave not only with practical tools, but with reassurance that you are not doing this alone. Our providers and team are here to walk alongside you from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.

We were so grateful to be a part of the Capital City Chamber's Top 25 Women You Need to Know Speaker Series — Empowering the Whole Woman. Dr. Friall had the honor of speaking on women's health and wellness to a room full of inspiring, driven women right here in Tallahassee.
