𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽 is a trailblazing educator in the field of healthcare. She holds the distinction of being the first graduating class of Lively Technical College’s PN night-time program, marking the beginning of her remarkable journey in healthcare education.
Natalie’s career path was forged by her experiences in various skilled nursing facilities in the surrounding area, where she worked at different levels of care. During this time, she discovered her profound passion for teaching in the health field. The opportunity to train nursing assistants ignited her desire to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
Natalie’s dedication to her students was evident in her first evening medical assistant class; she led her students with unwavering commitment, resulting in a remarkable 100% passing rate. This achievement led to her appointment as the Health Education Program Director at Lively, a role in which she continued to excel. Under her exceptional leadership, all programs, including day, night, and dual-enrolled students, consistently achieved a 100% passing rate.
The most rewarding aspect of Natalie’s career is witnessing her former students thrive professionally. Seeing her students and their employers in the community offering praise for the exceptional preparation they received at Lively brings immense joy.
If Natalie could offer advice to her younger self, it would be to “follow your dreams early.”
