I am an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner, a Certified Transformational Life Coach, and Meditation Teacher trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I offer individual sessions in Personal Coaching, Meditation, Energy Medicine and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and blend them as needed or desired. I work with clients locally and around the country, sessions are in person or by phone, depending upon the modality and the client's preference. I offer holistic mind-body and Energy Healing sessions in person or at a distance to help you access your deepest physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
