In my opinion they are some of the most intelligent people when it comes to your body. I’m not knocking medical professionals (trust me) they are amazing for emergencies and I trust them to save lives! But medical doctors are taught how to prescribe medicine and treat symptoms. I personally have NEVER been to a medical doctor who asked about my nutrition, water intake, activity level, etc. One time years ago I went to one because I kept getting dizzy… after a ton of tests they prescribed me 2 pills (ones I would have to take the rest of my life) one was a water retainer pill and the other was for low blood pressure 🤷🏼‍♀️ instead of filling them I took the advice of Dylon and just started to drink more water, I changed up some terrible eating habits and BOOM 💥 I have never had a dizzy spell again. So…. Thank God I didn’t start those pills! But it irritates me the doc wanted to put me on those before finding out anything about my daily habits.
Most everyone I know who is on a prescription has another prescription because of the side effects of the first one 🙄 it’s just a never ending cycle of pills!
BEFORE you start that cycle (or if you’re ready to get off that cycle) I encourage you to please seek a chiropractors advice. Your spine is literally everything and nerve flow is crucial to health. YES if you have issues it’s probably due to nerve flow!
Chiro’s will be honest with you and if it’s something that they can’t “fix” they will tell you. I know some great chiropractors in Tallahassee and trust them with my life! They truly want their patients to be well and get to a point where they are healed so they don’t have to come in that much anymore 😊 I got to that point so it’s been awhile since we’ve seen “uncle Fenn” whom we named our second kid after 😉 (but I do know maintenance is important so we gotta get back) but I wanted to share this adorable pic with yall and encourage you to seek THESE type of doctors when you want answers.
