Alpha Mu Alpha

Alpha Mu Alpha Music Therapy Alpha Mu Alpha is a music therapy service organization at Florida State University.

It adopted Greek letters as a symbol of beginning (Alpha) and the use of therapy through music (Mu). Alpha Mu was first initiated by students at FSU in 1964, hence, Alpha Mu Alpha. Alpha Mu is currently an active organization at universities throughout the country. Most of our members are music therapy majors; however, anyone interested in music, music therapy, and/or community service may attend meetings and participate in many of our activities.

I just sent an email to everyone on our updated contact list. It will invite you to join our Recognized Student Organization (RSO) page. A link should be included. When you get to the site, sign in with your FSUID and password. Since dues are not required, this is going to be what qualifies you as a member of AMA. So, if we do end up receiving funding through SGA, the RSO roster will be what we use to show how many students make up our organization.
.. and remember, if you are currently an intern (even if you're out of Tallahassee), you are still an FSU student, and therefore eligible to receive funds through AMA - just register if you have not already.
