Join me on July 12th for a live online Introduction to Reiki Workshop where you'll learn what Reiki is, where it came from, receive a Reiki I Placement, learn self Reiki techniques, and experience Reiki for yourself in a supportive environment.

Please note: This workshop is designed for those who are curious about Reiki and want to experience it for themselves. You'll learn the basics and receive a Reiki I Placement, but this is not a Reiki practitioner certification course. If you fall in love with Reiki and want to continue learning, the full certification classes explore Reiki in much greater depth.

Julie lives more than 1,200 miles away, yet she's still able to receive Reiki from the comfort of her own home.

One of the things I love most about this work is being able to support people no matter where they live. Whether you're across town or across the country, Reiki can still help you relax, release stress, and support your body's natural healing process.

You don't have to wait until you're exhausted, overwhelmed, or running on empty to take care of yourself.
