Having just completed a 5 day certification workshop, I am looking forward to begin teaching a process that I have been practicing for over 5 years. There will be a class @ 5:30 tomorrow at the Friends Meeting House and we will be integrating it into a full day zen retreat on the 22nd.

It helps us access the healing energy in our bodies and around us, so it helps with breathing, stress, blood, pressure, joint issues, lung issues, and other things. There are even reports and research that shows that it helps with cancer. If you are ready to make some changes in your life, find some peace. come join us.
