Balance and the human body working in a fully functional and appropriate posture and position causes us to operate without dysfunction or discomfort. JMC MOBILITY of Tallahassee will only enhance existing medical, dental and restorative guidance to healthcare. Our mission is simple; provide the highest quality rehabilitation services possible while participating in outreach programs for our community. Day4 of Carnivore Eatin!! Feeling pretty good! Sleeping without complaints! Got zero complaints about this change!! This meal was Costco grass fed hamburgers with eggs and feta!! I’m down a few pounds as well!! I’ll get my macros and food breakdown next post!!

Day 3!! Doing really good! My body is really liking this diet change! Dinner tonight was eggs on the skillet with beef pot roast sliced about 6oz total! PS my wife says I look skinny!! What!!

Day 2 of carnivore eatin!! I could tell my body was processing differently, had a ton of energy even at the end of the day!! Costco run with beef pot roast sliced in 2, ran the egg 275*, pulled the cuts 150* with a sear at the end and the other half we did a Texas crutched with bacon grease left till 203*!! I definitely not complaining!!

Courtesy Road Work Notice:

U.S. 319 (Thomasville Road) Resurfacing from South of Maclay Road to Timberwolf Crossing – Motorists will encounter intermittent lane closures the week of Monday, Jan. 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for concrete operations.

U.S. 27 Resurfacing from Gadsden County Line to Capital Circle (S.R. 263) – Motorists will encounter intermittent daytime lane closures the week of Monday, Jan. 24 for drainage and paving operations.

All planned construction activities are weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, to watch for construction equipment entering and leaving the roadway, and to use caution when driving through the work zone. Speeding fines double when workers are present.
