Plain water alone isn’t always enough for hydration.
Your body doesn’t just need water it needs minerals to actually absorb and that water at a cellular level. When water is stripped of minerals, it can pass straight through the body, often leading to frequent urination and bloating rather than true hydration.
That’s because electrolytes help water enter and stay in your cells where it’s needed most.
Here is what you can do:
Squeeze a lime or add a pinch of sea salt to your water. This helps restore trace minerals, supports electrolyte balance, and improves hydration.
It’s best when you can to drink your water from glass or stainless steel containers. Plastic contains so many chemicals especially when exposed to heat
that may interfere with hormones and overall wellness.
