Using your BRAIN (acronym) for Informed Decision-Making 🧠

As a doula, I empower families to make choices that resonate with their values and desires. One helpful tool is the BRAIN acronym:

• B:Benefits – What are the benefits of this choice?
• R: Risks – What are the risks involved?
• A: Alternatives – Are there alternative options available?
• I: Intuition – What does your intuition tell you?
• N: Nothing – What happens if we do nothing or wait?

Use BRAIN to navigate your pregnancy and birth journey with confidence. Remember, your voice matters!
