✨A body-mind-soul approach to trauma✨

We welcome you to attend this free event this Friday, 11/15 from 7-9pm!

Our understandings and the treatment of trauma is going through a paradigm shift in which we start to understand more and more how trauma is stored in the body and soul, and that we can cure (not just manage) trauma if we approach it from a mind body soul perspective. If you are curious how this mind body soul approach can help you, come to this free information evening with Kim.

Join us at Abundance Wellness Center for a silent auction and deathcare vendor fair from 10-4pm.

Enjoy a variety of items and services to bid on, such as a hammock made in Nicaragua or a healing massage! (More information on this item and services at the event).

There will also be numerous deathcare providers with booths set up to learn more from and to answer your questions! Here is who will be there!

This event will take place on November 10th from 10:30am -4:30pm (with a break from 1-1:30pm).

In honor of Día de los Mu***os, we’re celebrating the rich traditions of remembrance and connection to our loved ones who have passed. This open house is also your chance to learn more about Red Hills Community Cemetery, with proceeds from the day supporting this important conservation effort. ✨ Red Hills Community Cemetery

Explore our silent auction full of unique services and donated items, try your hand at ofrenda and altar-making, and chat with vendors from the death care community who are here to educate, share, and help break the taboos around death and dying.

Today marks the 17th anniversary of Abundance Wellness Center! ✨🥳

We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible Tallahassee community that has supported us through the years and to the compassionate providers who have helped guide so many on their healing journeys. 💚

For 17 years, we’ve been dedicated to offering somatic-based holistic healing in a peaceful and safe space, where mind, body, and spirit are nurtured. We are endlessly thankful for every soul that has walked through our doors.

Join us in celebrating this milestone! 🎉 We’ll be gathering this Sunday at Ology on the Northside from 4-6 pm, and we invite all supporters and past providers to come celebrate with us. Your presence has shaped the heart of Abundance, and we can’t wait to see you! 🙏✨
