We are thrilled to introduce the keynote speaker for the 2025 Recovery Leadership Summit!
Meet Daryl McGraw, MA, CAC, CCJP

Daryl McGraw is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, and recovery advocate with lived experience in addiction and the criminal justice system. After spending 10 years cycling in and out of the Connecticut prison system, Daryl turned his life around and now dedicates his work to helping others do the same. He is the Founder of Formerly Inc., where he leads innovative programs that support recovery, reentry, and healing from trauma. Daryl is also a TEDx speaker on Urban Trauma and was featured in the documentary Uprooting Addiction. His powerful journey from incarceration to inspiration makes him a dynamic voice for change.
