The Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF), based in Tallahassee, was founded in January 1989 and is a non-profit association dedicated to serving Florida home care providers and their vendors. HCAF exists to provide representation, communication and advocacy for these providers, and to give them the information they need to deliver high quality, cost effective services to patients and clients in their home.

The Florida Home Care Services Directory & Referral Guide serves as an invaluable resource for HCAF's member community, comprising Florida home care agencies and vendors dedicated to serving the home care industry.

The fourteenth annual edition of the directory will be distributed to all HCAF member organizations and over 300 hospital discharge planning units across Florida this summer. Home care providers are alphabetically listed by service area, providing contact details, business model, services offered, and accreditation type. Vendors are also alphabetically listed, along with their contact information and products/services.

Listing Your Organization in the 2026 Directory

If your organization is an active HCAF member, it's essential to ensure your member profile is up-to-date for inclusion in both the print and online directories. Follow these steps to access and update your organization's profile:

1. Click here to log in to your organization's primary member profile on the HCAF Hub. https://members.homecarefla.org/MIC/Login
2. Navigate to the "My Directory Listing" section in the left-side navigation menu.
3. Select your organization from the dropdown menu.
4. Verify and update the information displayed for both print and online directories based on your membership type.

HCAF’s 2026 Home Care Day at the Capitol was our largest and most impactful yet.

On February 10-11, 55 home care advocates from across Florida traveled to Tallahassee, engaging directly with lawmakers to advance policies that protect patients, strengthen the workforce, and ensure access to high-quality care at home.

In just two days, advocates achieved unprecedented engagement:

• 60 in-person legislative meetings
• 92 additional lawmakers reached through office visits and advocacy materials
• 152 of Florida’s 156 lawmakers engaged

These photos capture more than moments — they reflect a united provider community, standing together to shape the future of care at home in Florida.

Thank you to every advocate who showed up, spoke up, and made this historic year possible.
