Join us this Thursday!

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) issues can quickly disrupt billing cycles and lead to costly claim denials for Florida home health agencies. This practical webinar will help providers identify the most common EVV failure patterns and implement a rapid-response approach to resolve issues before they impact reimbursement. Participants will learn how to systematically diagnose EVV problems, conduct same-day triage huddles with their team, and put safeguards in place to ensure visits meet EVV requirements before claims are submitted.

Designed specifically for Florida home health leaders, billers, and operations teams, this session provides a clear framework to move from symptoms to root cause to solution—helping agencies stabilize revenue and strengthen EVV compliance.

Advanced Learning Objectives:
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
1. Diagnose common Florida EVV failure patterns using a symptoms → root cause → fix → prevention approach
2. Conduct a same-day EVV triage huddle using a structured checklist and escalation rules
3. Determine whether denials are caused by visit not found, visit not confirmed, authorization mismatch, or integration transmission failures
4. Implement a pre-bill EVV verification gate so claims are not submitted until EVV requirements are fully met.

Webinar Series Continues:
-Part 2: Workflow Redesign + Exception Governance: Reducing Exceptions Without Killing Operations (April 23)
-Part 3: From EVV to Cash: Denial Prevention, Faster Payment, and Florida-Ready Audit Defense (May 7)

Busy schedule? We’ve got you covered — webinar recordings are included with your registration!
