Home Care Day takes place during Florida’s annual 60-day legislative session — convening Tuesday, January 13 and scheduled to adjourn Friday, March 13, 2026 — making it the ideal time to ensure that legislators hear the collective voice of the home care provider community.

In addition to the Welcome Reception & Policy Briefing below, an optional — but highly recommended — Home Care Day 101 & Legislative Session Primer will be held via Teams on Wednesday, January 28, at 2:00 PM ET.
