We had a great time at the TMH Family Medicine Residency Program’s Tabling Event today! We were able to meet and talk with many of their physician residents, staff, and faculty. Events like this are so important and allow us to better serve our community. Thank you to Sabrina Joiner and Faith Joiner for representing us!

*New Group Alert*

We are excited to share that our amazing Cyndi Goodwin, LCSW will be starting a Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation Group on March 8, 2025, at 3 PM.

This group is designed to provide support, education, and coping strategies for individuals experiencing dissociation related to trauma. The group will be using "Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation: Skills Training for Patients and Therapists" by Boone, Steele, and Van der Hart as a guide. It will be offered in-person and via telehealth!

Key Focus of the Group: Building skills to manage dissociation in a safe, supportive environment. Please note that clients will not be pressured to discuss the trauma that led to their dissociation.
