As we welcome a new year, we want to share that BASE Physical Therapy will be closed on Thursday, January 1, so our team can celebrate and spend time with loved ones.

We are incredibly thankful for our amazing patients and referring providers who made 2025 such a meaningful and successful year. Your trust, support, and partnership allow us to do what we love every day. 💙

We can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store and look forward to continuing to help our community move better, feel stronger, and live healthier in the year ahead.

The holiday season is here, and all of us at BASE Physical Therapy want to send a heartfelt thank you to our amazing patients for trusting us with your care this year. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you! ❤️🎁

To allow our team time to celebrate, recharge, and enjoy precious moments with loved ones, our clinic will be closed December 23, December 24, and January 1. We will resume normal business hours on all other days.
