Every year, FSASC’s legislative team and our political action committee, SurgiPAC, work tirelessly to protect Florida’s ASCs. Thanks to their commitment, we’ve successfully stopped harmful proposals that would have increased costs and regulatory burdens, making it harder for ASCs to deliver the high-quality, cost-effective care Florida patients rely on.
