Foam rolling doesn't need to hurt to work😁
If you've ever tried to treat your hips, IT band or hamstrings with a foam roller-you might have been told to go hard or go home, that you're breaking up scar tissue, or whatever...the truth is that you're using the foam roller to get your nervous system to calm down a bit and let the muscle relax...and it doesn't have to hurt.
