As the year comes to an end, Tallassee Health and Rehabilitation would like to thank all of our healthcare agencies that made the month of December special! Ivy Creek Home & Hospice, Community Hospice & Home Health, Simpra Advantage, Claud Church in Eclectic Alabama, Tallassee High School Choir, & many more!

From the tree decorations throughout our facility, Santa's Secret Shopping, Claud Church providing presents to each and every resident, Tallassee High School Choir singing Christmas carols, and the Central Alabama Aging Consortium Christmas Party, our residents and facility were overjoyed to share in the love and warmth during the month of December. We are so grateful for the partnerships that allow us to make Tallassee Health & Rehab an extension of home, and not just a facility.

Tallassee Health & Rehab would like to wish everyone a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!! We look forward to our continued relationships and building new ones in the year to come!!
