Sunday May 17th, Hospice Memorial Service

We would like to thank everyone that participated in the Memorial Service.
The butterfly release is very special. It is our honor and greatest blessing to care for our patients and their families!

The 2nd Annual Butterfly Release in memory of our hospice patients is Sunday the 17th at 2pm at the Veterans Park in Tallassee (across from City Hall).
Anyone that has lost a loved one in the last year, is invited to attend.
It is our greatest blessing to care for our patients and their families as well as our community! We hope you will join us for the magical moment of watching the butterflies fly to the sky in honor and memory of loved ones!

Mr. Wilbur Terrell Sr. was a true servant of Tallassee and our Reeltown Community. He was a faithful supporter of local healthcare services including Community Home Health & Hospice Care. What an honor to be invited to the renaming of the Wall Street Senior Center which now bears his name in honor of his lifelong legacy of service!
