I was so blessed to be able to do some traveling this summer! The beach is truly a place of amazing peace, tranquility, and relaxation. What a place to practice some mindfulness. As I write this post, I can still hear the waves, see the blues and turquoise colors, feel the sand/water/sun, taste the salt, and smell the suntan lotion. When you travel, be sure to spend time taking in your surroundings with your senses. Slow down, ground yourself, and breathe. Where did you go this summer? 🌊☀️🛳️
