Faithful Servants Care Center provides free urgent health care services with a Christ-like compassion for those without insurance and access to medical care. We are staffed by licensed clinicians and have a network of several hundred volunteers. We work closely with community agencies, churches, and other available resources to remove or reduce barriers to health care services. We serve all age groups with minor, urgent and acute illnesses and injuries. Excluded are obstetrical, mental health and life threatening conditions. forms or perform disability assessments. Individuals must have no insurance and have income at or below 200% of poverty level. Our care center is open to all qualified patients, regardless of religious beliefs.
