I coach men and women to become their best selves through honest assessments, a holistic approach, and a deep commitment to living fully aligned in health, business, and life. I challenge the status quo of modern medicine. I believe transformation takes more than just information, it requires intention, action, and accountability. I lead with purpose and pursue growth daily. My kids call me Babo, and Modern_Babo is my way of honoring that name. It’s a reminder to lead by example, to be the best modern dad I can be, and to inspire others to unlock the power within themselves to thrive.
