Sharon A. Warholak, 81 years of age of Hazleton, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, as a guest of The Manor at St. Luke Village Hazleton.

Born Monday, March 6, 1944 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Daniel and Hannah (Thrash) Coxe. Sharon was also predeceased by; her beloved husband, Robert J. Warholak Sr.; infant daughter, Diane Marie Warholak; sister, Donna Bresnock.

Surviving are son, Robert S. Warholak, Jr. and his wife Kelly; daughter, Donna Nelmes wife of Steuart; brother, Dan Coxe and his wife Rebecca; sisters, Robin Coxe, Wanda Englehart; wife of Clinton grandchildren, Tyler Nelmes, Keith Nelmes, Allison, Skylar and Jordan Warholak; great grandchildren Gaige And Ella Nelmes.

A Weatherly High School graduate, Sharon was a homemaker and later worked at St. Luke's Manor in housekeeping and in the Laundry. Sharon was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Weatherly.

Michael T. (Mike) Fulton, Sr, 80, of Norman St, Weatherly, passed away too soon on January 28, 2026. He was born August 30,1945 in Stockton #8 and was the son of the late Michael and Martha (Dufallo) Fulton.

Mike graduated from Hazle Township High School in 1963. After high school, he worked at Barrett, Haentjens & Co for 22 years, IMR Digital in Valmont for 24 years then was a school van driver for Rohrer Bus Service, driving for the Weatherly Area School District for several years.

He was a faithful long-time member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Weatherly.

Mike enjoyed watching and participating in all sports. He was an All-Star guard on his high school basketball team. He coached midget football for the Greater Hazleton Athletic Club for 5 years. He played in and also ran the Hazleton Industrial Basketball League for 15 years. Mike played for and managed fast pitch softball teams for 45 years. He also was the president of the Hazleton-Freeland Fast Pitch League for several years. He managed Hazleton Pumps and Keating’s Fitness Center teams to a total of 9 ASA Fast-Pitch State Championships and 3 ASA National Fast-Pitch Championships.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Michael (2009) and Martha (2011) and several Uncles and Aunts.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary Kay (O’Donnell), to whom he was married for 60 wonderful years; son Michael Jr, Weatherly; daughter Michele Sensenig, her husband Chad, and his 2 adored grandchildren, Ella and Chase Sensenig, Drumore; brothers and sisters, Ronald and his wife Brenda, NC; Sandi Hydock and her husband Thomas (TR), Burke, VA; Richard and his wife Dottie, Zion Grove; Lori Hischar, Parker, FL; several cousins, nephews and nieces.

A private viewing will be held with his immediate family.

Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral mass on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 11am at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Weatherly.

Arlen W. Troxell, 69 years of age, of West Penn Township, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital Carbon Campus. A man defined by his tireless work ethic and deep roots in the soil, Arlen spent his life cultivating the multi-generational family farm in Andreas. From tending the dairy herd and laying chickens to harvesting the family orchard and crops, Arlen honored the traditions passed down from his late parents, Franklin and Mildred (Fritzinger) Troxell.

Surviving are; his wife of 44 years, Ellen (Sakowski) Troxell; son, Alec Troxell; daughter, Bridget Troxell and her fiance James Madgwick; sister, Doris Lusch. Many nieces and nephews also survive Arlen.

Arlen was also predeceased by; sister, Dianne F. Mimm; brothers, Clayton and Marlin Troxell.

A 1974 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Arlen earned his Associates in Computer Science at Penn State Schuylkill campus before matriculating to Penn State University main campus earning a B.S. in Agriculture. Arlen often accompanied his mother as she "Huckstered" their families produce and vegetables throughout the Panther Valley. A work ethic engrained from his earliest days on the farm, Arlen worked at the Lowes Distribution Center in Minersville, for the Farm Bureau in Lehigh County, and lastly for Ag Industrial in West Penn Township.

A member of Saints Peter & Paul R.C.C. of Lehighton, Arlen also belonged to the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau Association. There was never much free time for Arlen; however, he enjoyed playing softball in the various church leagues, and was an ardent supporter of all Philadelphia sports teams and the Penn State Nittany Lions football team.

Born Thursday, April 1, 1937, in White Haven, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Albert L. Gower Sr. and Ann (Balog) Gower. Allie was also predeceased by his beloved wife of 57 years, Cecelia A. "CeCe" (Gelezinsky) Gower, on November 14, 2019; sisters, Mary Knouse, Shirley Puk, Agnes Gallagher; brothers, George and Edward Gower.

Surviving are sons, Albert L. Gower, III, Michael B. Gower, and his wife Michelle; daughter, Cathy A. Sotack and her husband Bill; sisters, Linda Weise wife of Donald, Margaret Murphy; grandchildren, Courtney, Chrissy and her husband Jorge, Morgan and her fiancé Evan, Season, Michael Jr.; great grandchildren, Ricardo and Isabella.

A Weatherly High School graduate, Allie retired from the Weatherly Foundry, having worked as a machinist for over 40 years. Allie served honorably in the Army National Guard. A member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Weatherly. In his earlier years, Allie volunteered his time coaching both Weatherly Little League and biddy basketball to many youngsters, including his own sons. An avid outdoorsman, Allie enjoyed his garden, hunting, fishing, and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. Allie had been a member of the former Tannery Rod & Gun Club. Allie’s culinary talent wash is special macaroni and potato salad, which many enjoyed at picnics over the years. Allie was a kind, simple man who offered a hand to anyone he crossed paths with; hisdry sense of humor will be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

Frank “Cheech” Russo, 87, of Weatherly, PA, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026, at St. Luke’s Manor.

Frank was born on July 1, 1938, in Calabria, Italy. He later made his way to the United States, where he built a life.

For many years, Frank worked as a hairstylist, a role that suited him well, as he genuinely enjoyed talking with people. Later in life, he transitioned into construction, working as a laborer until his retirement.

Frank loved going to the racetrack and, above all else, treasured time spent with family—both by blood and by heart. He was a constant presence, a steady source of care, and a figure of love and guidance, especially to the Falco family, where he adopted the name “Uncle Cheech.”

He is survived by his loving cousin, Antoinette Falco, who cared for him devotedly for many years. He also leaves behind his cherished family members: Rocco Falco; Frank Falco (and Lisa Savino); Cristine McElmoyle (and Jason McElmoyle); Stephanie Falco; and Michelle Connors (and Rocco Connors), all of whom he loved dearly.

Frank is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Russo, and his cousin, Frank Falco.

Frank especially enjoyed spending time with his great-nieces and great-nephews: Samantha Brooks, Nikolas Falco, Christopher Jacobacci, Natalia Falco, Frank Romano, Gia Falco, Gisella Candelario, and Joshua Connors, each of whom brought him great joy and pride.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.

Dorothy A. (Haas) Fritz, 88 years of age, of Mahoning Township, Lehighton Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family, and her husband of 70 years, Arthur C. Fritz.
Dorothy’s life was defined by her unwavering devotion to her family. As a doting "Grand-ma," she instilled in her children and grandchildren an unbreakable commitment to family, faith, and community. She was a pillar of strength and kindness to all who knew her.
Born on August 24, 1937, in Andreas, to the late Walter and Beatrice (Bendrick) Haas, Dorothy was a vibrant woman of many talents. She was a talented seamstress who worked in local textile mills, but her interests were vast. In a testament to her lifelong yearning for education, she proudly earned her G.E.D. and later became a certified EMT, selflessly serving her community as a member of the Penn Mahoning Ambulance Corp for many years.
Dorothy filled her home with life—adorning every space with plants, flowers, and her beautiful crafts. She was an avid gardener who enjoyed canning the season’s produce and found simple joy in the companionship of her beloved cats, Patches and Winnie. She was a long-standing and active member of the Woman's Guild at Ben Salem Church of Lehighton.
Dorothy's memory will be forever cherished by her husband, Arthur C. Fritz; her children, Lisa K. Hawk wife of Todd, Anita L. Fritz, Susan D. Fritz - Ostrin wife of Scott, David A. Fritz and his wife Suzanne, and Keith A. Fritz and his wife Bonnie. She is also survived by her brothers, Joseph Haas and his wife LaVerne, Leonard Haas and his wife Marian; sister, Eleanor Miller; sister-in-law, Ellen Haas; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant sister, brother, Raymond Haas, and her grandson, Steven Fritz.
