Please help me welcome the newest addition to our Serendipity family. Ms. Victoria Cline 🎉

Victoria is a fellow Nova Southeastern University Alum and she actually pursuing her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy there.

She brings her collaborative style and her love of holistic practices such as yoga and dance influence her work.

Some families will tell you that negative behaviours and toxic environments are just part of life and it’s common in all families. DO NOT fall for that! These are instilled by those who don’t want to put in the work to make things better.

The only truth is that yes, hardships are a part of life. But how you manage it and allow it to affect you is a choice. You know why? Because some families CHOOSE to put their well-being at the forefront.

As long as that is your goal and priority, no hardship can make you turn your home environment toxic or allow negative behaviours to linger in your surroundings.

All you gotta do is acknowledge that and take the first step towards enrolling in family therapy. It will change your family for the better in every way 🏡

It was international women’s day few days ago and yes it’s nice that there’s a day dedicated to celebrate us, but you know what’s even better? You are NOT restricted to celebrating yourself or putting yourself first only 1 day out of 365 days of the year!

As women a lot of times we naturally put ourselves last while taking care of everyone else around us, but we deserve the same care and grace that we give others.
