If you want to see a heart-warming story, watch this piece called “Bringing Dorothy Home” by in New Orleans. Through tenacious and with the help of several organizations, Dorothy Taquino, a victim of has been identified after 20 years. There is still a little red tape to get through, but Dorothy will finally be laid to rest at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens, where her has been since she -planned her own in 1988. For the past two decades, Dorothy has been interred at the Hurricane Katrina , one of 30 people who were unidentified after the massive that devastated Louisiana in 2005.
