Who am I? An age old question that we all struggle to answer at different points in our lives. Today in our HANDS ON HEARTS support group, the ladies drew pictures that they believe symbolizes who they are at this point in time. Aided by the writing of my friend in Rise Up!.

"Mother Guilt"...is the response I get most often when I ask busy moms why they struggle to take time for themselves. The kids need so much and there's so little time to do everything.

But to be an effective mom, you need to be present. It's a struggle to be present if you're not rested and balanced.

Serendipity can help with that. Gives us 90 minutes every 2 weeks just for you.
