Shahrad Mabourakh, M.D., P.A., is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, medical degree at Temple University Medical School, and Internal Medicine residency at University of California Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Mabourakh has been practicing medicine since 1989.Dr. Mabourakh is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. Dr. Mabourakh completed a residency in Internal Medicine at University of California Irvine. Specializing in the field of Internal Medicine, Dr. Mabourakh is prepared to provide care to adult patients suffering from a wide range of illnesses and diseases, ranging from the very common to the very rare. Dr. Mabourakh is also trained to practice Geriatrics. Having studied Geriatrics, Dr. Mabourakh has been trained to provide comprehensive medical care for elderly and aging patients. As patients age, they may experience an increased susceptibility to illness and injury; in some cases illnesses or injuries may overlap, creating complicated diagnostic and treatment processes. Dr. Mabourakh is trained to diagnose, treat and manage these and any related medical situations. Patricia Perez, M.S.N., A.R.N.P. is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, licensed by the State of Florida. Mrs. Perez completed her RN degree and her Masters in nursing at Florida International University. She had fifteen years of nursing experience specializing in Intensive Care prior to completing her ARNP degree in 1994. She joined Dr. Mabourakh in 2001.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Perez is trained as an advanced registered nurse who is educated to provide healthcare and maintenance directly to patients through diagnosis an treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions. As a Nurse Practitioner, she prescribes medications, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatments.

Mr. Matthew Wolland, M.S.N., A.R.N.P. received his Bachelors of Science from University of South Florida and his Masters in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Wolland worked as a nurse at Holy Cross Hospital beginning in 2009, and then he went on to join Dr. Mabourakh at West Broward Internal Medicine in 2016.
