Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) could be a potential therapy 🤔🤔

37 year old female, with T1 Costochondritis after first rib resection for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Responded to 3 injections of PRP done 10 days apart, with >50% relief of pain. Failed conservative management and class IV laser.
