Looking to enhance your balance? Here are three effective exercises to incorporate into your routine this week!

1. Single leg stance: stand near a sturdy support, lift 1 foot, and hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat for 2-3 sets.

2. Heel- to- toe walk: Step forward heel- to- toe for 10–15 steps. Perform 2–3 sets while maintaining a steady pace.

3. Leg swings: balance on one leg while swinging the other forward and backward for 10–15 reps. Switch legs and do 2–3 sets.

Here's how to do it: Kneel on one knee, with the other foot flat on the ground at a 90-degree angle.
