Full-Spectrum vs. Broad-Spectrum ‡οΈββββββββ

Full-spectrum extracts contain the full range of cannabinoids and compounds including trace amounts of THC, up to 0.3% (not enough to make you feel βhighβ). Broad-spectrum CBD products contain all the same cannabinoids as full-spectrum, but without the THC. We recommend full-spectrum if youβre able for the full array of cannabinoids and all the healing benefits that come with them.ββββββββ

Both full- and broad-spectrum provide plenty of benefits, so when choosing which variety is best for you it comes down to your personal preference and needs. For example, any product taken orally that contains trace amounts of THC could show up on drug tests, so if you're subject to drug testing it's important to keep this in mind and consult your healthcare provider when choosing products. ββββββββ
