This is my third season working with the Osceola Fundamental High School football team — bringing yoga to their weekly training. We focus on:
✨ Increasing flexibility
✨ Supporting overused muscles
✨ Preventing common football injuries
✨ Building body awareness & recovery strategies

Yoga isn’t just for the studio — it’s a powerful tool for athletes of all kinds. Seeing these players return year after year, (not the seniors 🥲) stronger and more resilient, has been such a rewarding part of my work.
