Our first flow of the year isn’t about “getting a workout”—it’s about moving with purpose. In this beach yoga session, we use the physical practice of alignment as a metaphor for how we want to show up in 2026. Every placement of the hand, every step on the shifting sand, and every breath is an act of intention.
We will move through a deliberate Vinyasa flow designed to help you filter out the noise of a new year and focus on the steady internal “why” behind your movement.
The Intentional Shift
On the beach, the elements are always in motion. By practicing Intent, we learn how to remain directed and composed even when the ground beneath us is uneven. We aren’t just reacting to the year ahead; we are consciously choosing our path through it.
Session Details
• The Vibe: Calm, focused, and deeply empowering.
• The Focus: Slow, high-integrity transitions and “drish*ti” (focused gaze).
• Level: All are welcome. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the focus is on the quality of your presence.

• A yoga mat
• A beach blanket
• An open mind and one specific word or “intent” you’d like to carry for the season.
