Researchers believe caring plants helps to create a mental separation from the stressors of fertility that allows you to truly calm your body and your mind. Researchers measured subjects’ blood pressure and pulse rates as they took 15 minutes out of their day to care for a plant and found that their vitals decreased significantly.

* Inflammation Regulation: Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties. Chronic inflammation may negatively impact fertility, and by reducing inflammation, omega-3s may create a more favorable environment for conception.�
* Hormone Production: Omega-3 fatty acids are involved in hormone production and regulation. Hormonal balance is crucial for the proper functioning of the reproductive system, including the regulation of menstrual cycles and the production of healthy eggs.�
* Improving Egg and S***m Quality: Omega-3 fatty acids may contribute to the development and quality of eggs and s***m. DHA, in particular, is a major component of cell membranes, and it's important for the health of reproductive cells.�
