When I dug into this topic I was surprised to see the stats! According to the CDC 75% of highschoolers skip breakfast. With 80% females to 69% males reporting they skip this morning meal.

2) Proper hydration is key to maintaining youthful skin. Water helps flush out toxins, moisturizes from within, and improves elasticity. Aim for at least 9 glasses of water per day and eat hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumbers, and leafy greens.

3) Choose a gentle cleanser that suits your skin type and cleanse your face twice a day to remove dirt, oil, and impurities. Avoid harsh soaps or cleansers that can strip away natural oils.
