Remember when carbs were the base of the food pyramid?
Yeah… about that. 👀
The new food pyramid is here, and SO much better! 🙌🥦
But the problem?
Most of us were taught a version of nutrition that’s… outdated.
And now you’re left trying to make sense of completely different advice without a clear, realistic way to apply it to your actual life.
So let’s simplify it.
Think:
✔️ A protein (eggs, chicken, yogurt, turkey, beans)
✔️ A fiber-rich carb (fruit, potatoes, rice, oats, whole grains)
✔️ A healthy fat (avocado, cheese, nut butter, olive oil)
