💙✨Sending love and light to all of Tampa Bay and beyond to those affected by Hurricane Helene. If you are outside of these areas, you may not realize the absolute devastation people have experienced. Entire homes and communities lost, and it’s not rare. Be kind, loving and extend a little more patience these days. Lend a helping hand for an hour, or send meals to those who are in need. Some don’t even know where or how to start.

*no contraception is perfect - but when viewed against a pregnancy, the risks of pregnancy always outweigh the risks of the pill

This is why a personal discussion (judgement free) about contraceptive options with your doctor is essential.

Important pill facts:
- should take around the same time every day
- decrease ovarian and endometrial cancer rates
- decreases cramps and period pain
- can help with acne
- can help with hormone dependent mood changes
- no change to egg count
- does not cause infertility
- can manipulate bleeding for big events
- increases blood clotting risk - especially in other high risk circumstances (travel, surgery, smoking, etc)
