👩‍⚕️ After 10 years of treating wonderful people in Maine — and soaking in every bit of the scenery, snowshoeing trails, northern lights, and the occasional moose sighting 🫎❄️ — we packed up and made the leap back for warmer and sunnier climes! 🌴☀️
We’ve been so grateful for the support we’ve received from family, friends, and our incredible patients during this big move. ❤️
This Thanksgiving, we’re reflecting and giving thanks for all the adventures (and the fact that we don’t need to wear like 3 layers to walk outside right now). 🥶😂

From the coast of Maine back to the Tampa Bay sunshine ☀️

After ten wonderful years in Maine — where we built and ran a family-focused chiropractic practice — life is bringing us back home. 💛

Tampa is where our family’s story began, and now it’s where we’re planting roots again, closer to loved ones and the community that shaped us. 🌿

At True North Chiropractic, our mission has always been simple: Compassionate, intentional care that helps families live healthier, happier, more active lives.

We’re so grateful for the trust we built up north, and we can’t wait to pour that same heart into this next chapter here in South Tampa.

✨ A Very Special Thank You ✨

This week we say goodbye (though not forever!) to someone who has been such an important part of our story from the very beginning. 💛

Tina has been more than a receptionist — she’s been a teammate, a steady hand, and truly family. From the very first days of building this practice, she has been right there with us — celebrating the highs, working through the challenges, and pouring her heart into serving our patients with kindness and care.

There’s no way to capture in words how much she has meant to me personally, our family, and to True North Chiropractic. We are so grateful for all she has given and all she has been to this community.

As she heads into her next adventure, we wish her nothing but joy, success, and fulfillment. Thank you, Tina, for everything — we love you and we will miss you dearly! 💐💛
