Hi! I’m Chelsey. If we haven’t met before- let me introduce myself

I’m a habit coach, mama, fitness competitor, who loves dogs, runs multiple businesses and recently became a farm girl complete with a barn and chickens.

I quit my 9-5 over 5 years ago after I decided I wasn’t cut out for deploying to Afghanistan anymore and knew I wanted to help people unf**k their brains and create unreasonably delusional lives instead.

I’ve coached thousands of people already and I am on a mission to coach 10k clients before I’m 40. The world needs more people who make s**t happen... is that you, too?

(If you thought I was going to say “consistency”... good guess, but nope!)

The reason most people fail to build and stick to new habits is because they’re trying to build them to punish themselves, or to “fix themselves.” Basically building a habit from a negative mindset and gross feelings.

“I’m too fat I need to go the gym. I hate my body.”
“I need to get up at 5am and put more work into my business because I’m not making enough money.”
“I have to start a new time management plan because I’m not getting enough done everyday and I’m failing.”
“I hate my job and what I’m doing, I’m going to go back to school so I can amount to more.”

Yuck. While those are all valid thoughts, they suck and feel terrible.

And here’s why they don’t work.

Think about it this way:
Do you go back to restaurants you don’t like over and over again?
Do you watch movies you hate consistently?
What about hanging out with people you don’t like or vibe with... would you choose to do that everyday?

So... why would you want to keep doing something that is associated with crappy feelings?
This is why your habits aren’t sticking around.
You’re trying to build a new, powerful and positive habit... but, you’re trying to build it from negativity and the suck.

The math ain’t mathing my friend.

Alignment and intentionality is the difference maker here.

I challenge you to build your habits from what will be (self love, self confidence, happiness, abundance) instead of from what is (self loathing, “not enough” hopelessness).

Unpopular opinion here…. But your opinion of another person is just that, an opinion. Not a fact.
(Before you come for me on this one, remember that how you feel is always valid. Always.)

And, just because it’s valid doesn’t make it helpful or relevant.

Sometimes, our thoughts and feelings on another person are actually really hurting us. We get so stuck on someone being “difficult” or “mean” or “bossy” that we forget that we control how we interpret and ultimately experience the other person.
Regardless of how they’re showing up.

Your thoughts and your feelings influence your results. Directly.
So if you’re having a hard time dealing with another person at work or in your personal life, before you point the finger at them 👉🏻 (which is usually unhelpful because we can’t directly change other people) 👈🏻turn that finger around and get honest about your thoughts and feelings on this other person.

We can’t always easily remove another person from our life… but we can dilute their impact simply by choosing alternate thoughts and feelings about them

✅Yes I know this sounds too good to be true.
✅Yes clients look at me with skepticism and irritation the first time I teach them this.
✅Yes it works every time a client actually commits to actively and intentionally choosing new thoughts and feelings consistently over a period of time.
✅Yes I use it daily in my own life to create unreasonable results with proof.

✨Yes, I can teach you how to do this too.

Sometimes the most powerful lessons are found in the most unexpected places.

Fun fact about me- I used to coach corn stars. And not a lot of people know that about me… but they do now!

(Hi, I’m Chelsey- I’m a high-performance coach who has helped over 2500 clients transform their lives and make their unreasonable delusions come true)

Now, I’ve coached all kinds of people from baristas at Starbucks to senior Directors at Google… and I can confidently say that my time as a coach for adult creators was probably the most interesting and educational.

One of the best lessons I learned from that time was that your uniqueness and authentic energy is absolutely a game changer in connecting with and selling to others.

And regardless of how you might feel about the adult industry, the facts remain that it is a multi-billion dollar business that makes $3,000k per second… 🤯

I coached creators making consistent 5 and 6 figure months- the formula for which is the same for my clients in other industries who are making bank and blowing their own minds with what has become possible in their lives.

Let me start off by saying, I don’t work every day… or even 8 hours a day.
So when I say what I’m about to say, keep that in mind.
... I LOVE HUSTLE CULTURE.

I love getting results, putting in effort, getting sweaty, and the afterglow of knowing I did the damn thing.
And, I know that is weird and uncommon right now when everyone is telling you to chase “easy” and “soft.”
But, I’m not here to be common or relatable- relatable is average...and I bet you’re not here for average either.

I think of myself like a sprinter- I go allllllll out for short bursts of time and get where I want to be really quickly. And I don’t care how hard I’m breathing when I get there because I will give myself the space to regulate. Every push builds my speed for the next sprint.

I am reshaping hustle culture by taking every part I love about it, and leaving behind what I don’t.

For the rest of this year the grind is in, but the burnout is out. Results will be flowing, but stress will not be. Getting s**t done is the motto, but not at the cost of mental or physical well-being.

Will you commit to grinding for those unreasonable delusions and unbelievable results- while also committing to putting in as much effort and space into enjoying your results?

Here’s the thing about your fear and avoidance… they’re not actually about “the thing”

They’re about your fear of your ability to handle “the thing” you’re telling yourself you’re afraid of.

😱

By treating your fears like a problem to solve, instead of just a problem, you build your self trust… and when you have more self trust you have less fear.

There’s way less to be afraid of when you know you can handle just about anything that gets in your way.

How cool would it be to solve your fears, challenges and obstacles in advance so it’s smooth sailing to your goal?
