People ask me all the time how I can do my job day in and day out. They tell me that it must be so depressing. Sometimes it is. This was one of the hardest times we’ve ever had. A tragic passing of a wonderful young man. His mother was destroyed. This happened three years ago. She still reaches out to us frequently just to say hi and thank you.
