Our Owner & Physical Therpist had the opportunity to work with at their Los Angeles, CA & Orlando, FL quarterback clinics.

She led the high school girls flag football athletes through a dynamic warmup to prep them for high-intensity physical activity.

She then assisted the professional quarterback/receiver coaches with skills drills for these athletes.

She is very honored and humbled to be a part of the girls flag football movement across the nation & world.

Kate Jackson Community Center will be closed for Good Friday, so we will resume our normal kids gym hours NEXT Friday, April 14th from 10AM-2PM 😊 Thank you so much for your support!! 💜

Fun Fridays are back - Kids Gym Edition!! ☺️

Thanks so much to those who came to our kids gym today. We are so excited to spend Fridays with you at Kate Jackson for the next 2 months!!

The KinesioKare kids gym is making its return next Friday March 24th from 10-2pm at Kate Jackson Community Center. We will have activities, toys and play sets ready for the kiddos to play and socialize with others. We hope to see you all there!💜

Happy Friday!! We are VERY excited to announce the return of our Kids Gym ☺️🎉

Join us on Friday, March 24th for the opening of our Kids Gym in a new location. Our kids gym is for ages 5&Under.

We will be at Kate Jackson Community Center in Hyde Park every Friday in March, April, and May from 10AM-2PM.

Admission is $10 per child per visit. You are welcome to come at any time between 10AM & 2PM.

All kiddos who participate in the kids gym are required to have a Rec Card, which is a one-time purchase of $15 annually. The rec cards grants access to classes at City of Tampa Parks & Rec locations all over.

For this months newsletter we wanted to shed some light on TMR TNT. We also have some exciting events coming up this month. The first is our community workshop on March 7th at 6:30. The next is the return of our Kids Gym which will be Friday March 24th from 10-2. More information is to come and we hope to see you all there!😊
