If overhead pressing feels off, don’t force it - adjust it.

Small changes = big difference:
✅ Play with grip width
✅ Find the elbow position your shoulder likes
✅ Start narrow, earn range back
✅ Swap to landmine press if straight overhead feels rough
✅ Keep your rows in - strong pulls support strong presses

You don’t need to stop training.
You just need smarter options.
