Spending time with the new residents at Selah Freedom Assessment home. Thank you Emily, survivor advocate on staff, for helping us out today. After a time of relaxation, breathing techniques and bracelet making, we had tea and shared what we were learning in recovery. Self love and contentment were at the top of the list. 😇🙏✝️🦋🦋🦋🌷
