Friday Acro Class Lineup for January

January 2 – New Year, New Beginnings
Fresh energy, fresh intentions. We’ll reset the basics, shake off the old year, and ease into 2025 with grounded foundations and open hearts.

January 9 – New Goals, New Focus
Intentional movement and mindful builds. This class is about setting personal goals, refining technique, and moving with purpose.

January 16 – New Friends, New Connections
Partner rotations, trust-building, and community flow. Come ready to connect, communicate, and fly with someone new.

January 23 – Level Up
Progressions, confidence, and skill expansion. We’ll take familiar shapes and add layers to help you level up safely and creatively.

January 30 – New Challenges
Playful challenges, adaptability, and exploration. Expect problem solving, surprises, and a chance to step slightly outside your comfort zone.

Festive attire encouraged, mats down at 6pm, and a walk to the Christmas tree for photos 📸

December’s Acro Class & Jam Schedule!
We’re flowing strong every Friday on Dec 5th, 12th, and 19th.

Please note: There will be no class or jam on Dec 26th as we take time to enjoy the holidays.

But we’re kicking off 2026 together on Friday, January 2nd, bringing in the new year with new goals, a fresh start, and all the opportunities that movement & community bring.

🧡 So thankful for our acro family and the surrounding communities who share this passion, play, and knowledge with open hearts and strong hands! From friends old and new to those yet to join us, we’re deeply grateful for your support, dedication, and commitment to growing together.

As daylight savings settles in and sunset comes early(5:55 PM), our Friday class remains at 6 PM for now, we’ll see you every week except 👉🏻Friday, November 28th, as we pause for the holiday weekend.

Our First-Ever Halloween Night Acro Jam!

This year Halloween falls on a Friday, and we’re celebrating BIG!

Join us for fun flows, group pics, games, treats, and of course, acro-friendly costumes!

👉🏻Costume Guidelines: 👈🏼
Wear something fun and creative, but keep it safe for acro, nothing that could snag fingers, toes, or grips. Flexibility and comfort are key so you can fly, base, and spot with ease.
